Comfortable beds and blankets. Friendly service I would recommend that the rooms accommodating dogs should have tile. Carpet holds a lot of smell and that can cause accidents if dogs get too curious. However, nice stay, great breakfast. Home made waffles!!
It does not deserve the rating it has. Rooms weren’t bad. Has everything I needed for a quick sleep and chill time. Location was right off highway so that was very nice. I wish breakfast was a bit earlier but it’s whatever.
We stay here three or four times a year. The double-queen rooms are great - spacious, comfortable and clean, with great beds. Bathrooms are sizable and comfy, good tubs/showers. Outdoor French doors bring in good light and make for easy packing and unpacking. The air conditioning is quiet and good. New tile has been put into rooms, creating an even cleaner feel. Also, the hallways are spacious and clean, pleasant with good light. Breakfasts are OK. You can always make a lovely waffle and grab some fruit, if the rest isn't too hot. Kitchen staff seems to turn over rapidly. Placed on a quiet road on the north edge of Brandon, it is a quiet stay, close to lots of green space for an evening walk. Across the road from McDonald's and Boston Pizza. Front desk staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was nice. Anita is really good staff.Very kind, always welcome people with bright smile and accommodating our needs in kitchen. Heater was not working in our room. Supervisor and front desk staff quickly responded and changed our room.
Great experience, Linda the manager at the front desk was very nice and welcoming explained everything very well. The complimentary breakfast was great too. Nice hot coffee and fresh food was brought out multiple times. Good price too, stayed the night before in a crappy motel for the same price. 10/10 would stay again
Linda was very pleasant and gave great customer service! Rooms were clean and location is a bonus. Security on site made me very comfortable leaving some stuff in the truck box. Service at breakfast was great too! Had a good stay!

Needed a hotel room went to the comfort inn Brandon. Hotel lobby was bright and clean , rooms were clean and comfy and modern . Was nice and quiet so easy to sleep I’ve never had a bad experience at any comfort inn I’ve stayed in this one met my expectations. Nice quiet highway hotel .
The hotel is right next to Boston pizza and McDonald's which is amazing. The service was also exceptional, Anita helped us make waffles for our breakfast cause we weren't sure how. The rooms were nice, I only gave it a 4 star because mine didn't have a thermometer.
